Price - quality is good. We did not take breakfast, so no comment on it

Our room is in the corner, we could hear our neighbors close the door.

The stuff are very welcome, and price is good.

The room is really small, especially bathroom, so some things, for example, wash my face, are tricky.

The breakfast buffet was a good experience with a lot of options.

I faced challenges with the bathroom's cleanliness , which left me feeling uncomfortable. It reminded me of plumbing issues caused unpleasant odors at night, affecting my overall relaxation. The limited dining options in the hotel during the evenings were disappointing, as I would have preferred to dine in for a more restful end to my busy days.

All hotel staff are friendly, responsive and attentive.Public areas well-presented, Location perfect for us.Quiet.

The lower floors have obviously been modernised, but the top floors are wooefully inadequate even for the price. The bathrooms are old and impoverished; showers do not function properly and baths are impossible.This needs addressing immediately. I would be happy to recommend a plumber.The lift is unnerving but especially with no light.

1 lift for 1 person. My and next room was separated only by door

Friendly faces and cozy corners

The hotel staff radiated warmth and friendliness, always available to assist. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the beautiful lobby.

My room had a cramped bathroom lacking counter space was great. The distance to the nearest metro station led to some walking in the heat.

Its a ok hotel in the good location but poor food its have very nice squere nere by.

The very helpful staff and excellent value for money.

We were in a newly built room but air conditioning didn't work however, we were given a fan wich helped.

Great hotel, parking over the road, new decorated good sized room that was 1/3 of the price of a room right in the centre thats less than 4 euros taxi fare away

Comfortable bedding with luxurious linen made for a good night's sleep. The lobby design stands out with its beautiful aesthetic.

The cramped bathroom created inconvenience, especially for taller guests. Storage space lacked essential items like drawers and shelves. Limited dining options, no bar and only a basic breakfast with long waits for food. Cleanliness was uneven, with bins often forgotten until I disposed of the rubbish myself.

Furniture in room very old. Lift not suitable for more than one person.

The location is central within the city and it's a good "base camp" to explorer beautiful Lisbon. Very nice surroundings. It's a good value for money. Although the building is old, the rooms were recently redone and are quit comfortable and clean...some of them are small, but enough to be a problem. Breakfast is good
